Per hour services for accurate twisted pair manufacture. Portland Wiring harness uses an advanced machine to accurately produce twisted pair that is twisted correctly. Manually twisting wire, stretches the copper strands in the wire. NO, over stressed copper wire or stretched insulation and without irregular rotations. We produce wire with one 360 degree rotation per inch from start to finish. We can make 1000 feet of twisted pair with 0.0 percent deviation. The first inch is exactly the same as the last inch. Making twisted pair wire for CAN applications must be done correctly or it will result in system problems and dirty signals. (signals with electrical interference) Twisted pairs are used in CAN systems to deliver a clean signal to all components in the application chain. Most twisted pair is spun with a drill by hand.
