Portland Wiring Harness operates one of the few UV laser graphics marking systems in the Pacific Northwest. Our wire laser marking system is fully graphics capable, and able to print numbers, barcodes and QR codes. It fully complies with Boeing, Airbus, NTSB, United States military and aerospace marking requirements.

Newest cutting-edge technology:

Prints graphics and most world languages. Portland Wiring Harness's laser system supports both vertical and horizontal text orientation, programmable message spacing, 3 separate zones of print with variable separation spaces with source and destination coding on wire ends. Our software allows unlimited font selection (any TrueType font for most languages), as well as full graphics capabilities (pictures, logos, barcodes, QR codes, etc.).

Capabilities:

Our system utilizes a UV solid state laser with an integrated high-speed scanner.
Meets MIL-W-5088L, AS-5088-L, as well as SAE ARP5607 (Legibility of Print) specs.
We can print onto wires and twisted cables alike.
Qualified per the BAC5152 spec.
Single coil wire pre-feed.
Wire gauges: from 26 to 4 (.75mm to 10mm)
