Below is a description of our two step procedure.

Step One:$350
Open the case. Remove or expose the printed circuit board for close examination.
With a microscope, we will look for, Dry sockets, burnt traces, defective capacitors or other components. We will build a list of parts or actions needed to restore to working order. No programming will be done.

Step Two: We will tell you what we have found and our best opinion of what is needed to repair.
It may need new parts, it may need re-soldering, etc. We will give you a price to complete the repair. It will be at your option to stop or go ahead.
